Communicate, Innovate, Motivate

Leadership is as much a function of "leadership communication" as it is a function of character, behaviors, and motivation. Linchpin's leadership communications course focuses on how to communicate clear, inspiring goals, and how to get people to act on them with total commitment.

• Engagement, motivation, and inspiration: the keys to leadership communication
• Leadership listening
• Using communication to lead people who don't want to be led

Class Size

Minimum 6 per class. Large groups will be divided into small sections to provide more effective one on one training.

Format

In order to fit with your organization's needs the class may be taught as a one or two day event.
